Terms of use

Purchases, Refunds & Payments

A no quibble refund in full will be given to students within 14 days of purchase.

Monthly payment of fees is not a monthly subscription – students agree and are liable for the full course fee. Students can leave their course(s) without any period of notice but any outstanding fees will need to be paid in full. Payment of your fees in full or by monthly payment plan constitutes your acceptance of these terms & conditions. Do not pay for a course unless you accept these terms and conditions – thank you.

All OCAD courses are available via email upon request in the unlikely event that you are unable to access Microsft Teams learning portal. In such an event you must request an alternative way to access your course as non-attendance to our classes or disinclination to participate in the purchased course are not grounds for a refund.

Students, parents/guardians are responsible for the arrangement of examinations and associated costs.

To obtain nationally recognised qualifications students will be required to provide assessment evidence to awarding bodies in the form of photographs, video-recordings of student presentations of their own work and written assignments; tutors will support students in creating and presenting thier evidence appropriately.  It must be 100% clear from this assessment evidence that the coursework produced on OCAD courses is the work of the student, and that it has been produced while enrolled on the course. Coursework produced elsewhere, on other courses, at other times is not admissable. Awarding bodies can not award qualifications unless all suitable assessment evidence has been assessed internally (at OCAD by tutors) and externally moderated by an authorised quality assurance representative. If you can't or do not wish to provide this evidence you can't pass any nationally recognised formal qualifications at OCAD or anywhere else. Only enrol on an OCAD course if you understand and agree to submitting all forms of assessment evidence.
