What is a Ceramic Artist?

A ceramic artist is someone who uses clay to create artwork and items that people can use or admire. Typically, a ceramic artist uses a potters wheel and other ceramic tools to create their art before they glaze it and fire it in a kiln to create the finished item that can then be sold.

Typically, most ceramic artists pursue a university degree to help them gain all the kills required to be at the top of their game and there are many different course options to choose from when you have completed your pre-university foundation course.
